Greetings Tyers, 

My name is Chuck Staley and I’ll be putting together the schedule for our group this year at the Sports Show.  The show runs Thursday 3/9 through Sunday 3/12. Hours each day are 10AM to 8PM, except Sunday when it closes at 5PM. Currently we are planning for two tables, but may add a third. 

We will have five 2-hr shifts each day: 10-12, 12-2, 2-4, 4-6, 6-8 and would like to have THREE tyers on each shift – to provide for breaks, circulating around to answer questions. Please reply to me with your preferred shift(s) and I will get you on the scheduling spreadsheet – first come first on. I’ll attach the spreadsheet to future e-mails. 

Please provide full name, phone #, and e-mail in your response so I have up-to-date contact info. Besides my needing it, I have to provide that info to Dan Small for the admission passes for each of us.
